Corporate LED & LCD Display Solutions for Dubai Offices
Corporate AV and display solutions for Dubai offices have moved way past the projector-on-a-cart era. Today’s offices need screens that do more than display a slide deck — they need to feel seamless, look professional, and work reliably across meeting rooms, lobbies, corridors, and even factory floors. WEFONE supplies exactly that: a range of indoor LED displays, interactive smart boards, and LCD digital signage built for the realities of enterprise deployment in the UAE.
We work with IT managers, facility directors, and procurement teams who are tired of juggling four different AV vendors. One supplier, one point of contact, one warranty process — that’s the pitch, and we mean it.
Display Solutions by Area
Not every screen belongs everywhere. A boardroom needs something different from a reception desk, and a factory floor has requirements a corridor display doesn’t. Here’s how we think about it — area by area.
Meeting Rooms & Boardrooms
This is where decisions get made, and where the display needs to be sharp enough to read a spreadsheet from the back of the room. For medium-sized meeting rooms, our interactive smart boards — available in sizes from 55 to 86 inches — handle presentations, video calls, and whiteboarding in one device. For larger boardrooms that need serious presence, an indoor LED video wall built from our P1.53 or P1.86 modules gives you a seamless canvas at virtually any size. No bezels, no shadows, just one clean surface from edge to edge.
Reception & Lobby Areas
Your lobby is the first thing a visitor or client sees. A floor-standing LCD kiosk — we offer 55-inch and 65-inch models — can run branded welcome content, wayfinding information, or real-time company announcements. Pair it with an LED display behind the reception desk for a backdrop that actually looks like it belongs in 2026, and you’ve turned a waiting area into a brand statement.
Corridors & Elevator Lobbies
Wall-mounted LCD screens in the 43-inch to 55-inch range fit neatly into corridors and elevator waiting areas. These spaces are often overlooked, but they’re where employees and visitors spend small pockets of time — perfect for internal communications, safety reminders, or celebrating team wins on a loop. Our content management system lets you schedule different playlists for different zones, so the corridor outside HR doesn’t show the same content as the one near engineering.
Factory Floors & Warehouses
Industrial environments need displays that can handle dust, ambient light, and long operating hours. Our indoor LED modules — running at 700 cd/m² brightness with 3,840 Hz refresh rates — stay readable even under bright factory lighting. For real-time production dashboards, safety alerts, or KPI boards, a wall-mounted LED panel visible from across the floor beats squinting at a small monitor every time.
Interactive Smart Boards for Meetings
If your conference room still has a whiteboard covered in half-erased scribbles and a webcam clipped to the top of a TV, you know the problem. The H9B series interactive smart board replaces all of that.
Here’s what you actually get: a 4K UHD touchscreen available in 55, 65, 75, and 86-inch sizes — pick what fits your room. It runs Android 14.0 with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of built-in storage, so there’s no external PC required unless you want one (there’s an optional OPS Windows slot if your IT team prefers a Windows environment). The IR touch system tracks 20 simultaneous touch points with ±1 mm precision and response under 15 milliseconds — fast enough that writing on it feels natural, not laggy.
The anti-glare tempered glass — rated at 7H hardness — means you can use it in a room with windows without fighting reflections all day. Built-in 10-watt front-facing stereo speakers handle audio for video calls without needing external speakers, and dual-band WiFi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) keeps the connection stable when you’re screen-casting from a laptop or streaming a remote participant’s feed.
For hybrid meetings, the wireless screen casting is the feature people actually use every day. Walk in, cast your laptop, start presenting. No cable hunting, no dongle swapping. The 178-degree viewing angle means the person stuck at the edge of the table sees the same image as the person dead center.
We rate these for at least 30,000 hours of use. In practice, that’s around 10 years of heavy daily meeting-room duty. Standard warranty is 2 years, extendable to 3 or 5, and we ship within 15 to 25 working days. For companies that need branded firmware or custom boot screens, OEM and ODM options are available.
Digital Signage for Corporate Lobbies
A static reception desk with a printed sign feels dated the moment you install it. LCD digital signage changes that — and the content management piece is what makes it work across a whole building or campus.
Our LCD advertising displays come in three form factors: ultra-slim wall-mounted units at 43 and 55 inches, floor-standing kiosks at 55 and 65 inches, and portable touchscreen displays at 24 and 32 inches that roll on a stand. All of them run Android 11.0 on RK3566 or RK3568 chipsets — not bleeding-edge hardware, but stable, proven, and more than enough for 1080p video playback, image slideshows, and interactive content.
The real value for a corporate client is the backend. Our browser-based content management system gives your comms team or IT department control over every screen from one dashboard. Schedule content by time of day, group screens by floor or building, push updates remotely, and set automatic power-on/power-off cycles. You don’t need someone walking the floor with a USB stick anymore.
Typical corporate use: the lobby kiosk runs a welcome reel and today’s visitor schedule; the cafeteria screens show the menu and company announcements; the corridor displays cycle through project milestones and safety stats. All managed from one login. All update automatically.
And if you want the lobby to make a bigger impact — a fine-pitch LED display behind the reception desk, running curated brand content at high brightness, is hard to beat. Our P1.53 and P1.86 indoor modules deliver the kind of visual quality that makes visitors stop and look.
LED Video Walls for Boardrooms
When a 86-inch smart board isn’t big enough — and for some boardrooms, it isn’t — an LED video wall is the answer.
Our indoor LED modules start at P1.25 pixel pitch (that’s 1.25 mm between pixels) and go up to P2.5. For a boardroom where people sit 2 to 4 meters from the screen, P1.53 or P1.86 hits the sweet spot: high enough resolution that text and charts are crisp, without paying for pixel density nobody can see at that distance.
Each module measures 320 by 160 mm — small enough to build walls in practically any shape or aspect ratio. Want a wide 32:9 display that spans the entire wall? Done. Want a standard 16:9 at 200 inches diagonal? Also straightforward. The modules connect to Novastar control systems — NV3210 or MRV412 receivers, paired with TB, TU, or VX series processors depending on your setup — which is the industry standard for a reason. It just works.
Brightness sits at 700 cd/m² standard, which is more than enough indoors. Refresh rate is 3,840 Hz, so there’s no visible flicker on camera — relevant if your boardroom meetings get recorded or live-streamed. Viewing angles are wide enough (160 degrees horizontal, 140 degrees vertical) that everyone at the table gets a clear view.
Installation is front-service, meaning maintenance access is from the front of the wall. You don’t need a service corridor behind the screen, which saves a lot of space in buildings where every square meter counts.
IT Integration & Manageability
IT managers care about one thing more than picture quality: “How much of my time is this going to eat up?” The honest answer: not much.
All our displays — LCD, LED, and interactive boards — connect to standard network infrastructure. The LCD signage and smart boards use the same browser-based CMS, so your team learns one interface, not three. For LED walls, the Novastar control ecosystem gives you network-based configuration, brightness scheduling, and remote monitoring. You can check the status of every display in the building from a single dashboard.
Content updates happen over the network. Playlists get pushed in seconds. Firmware updates are handled remotely. If a module needs replacing — which is rare, but we plan for it — our LED cabinets are designed for quick swap without recalibrating the whole wall.
Security-wise, all devices support standard network authentication and segmented VLAN deployment. The smart boards can be locked down to prevent unauthorized app installation or settings changes — useful in shared meeting rooms where anyone might walk in with a USB drive.
One thing we hear a lot from IT teams: “We already have a digital signage CMS we’re committed to.” That’s fine. Our LCD displays work with third-party CMS platforms via standard protocols. We’re not going to tell you to rip out what’s working.
Why WEFONE for Corporate Clients
Dubai’s corporate AV market has plenty of resellers. Most of them are selling someone else’s hardware with a margin on top. We manufacture what we sell — indoor LED modules, LCD signage displays, interactive smart boards — so when you call with a question, you’re talking to the people who built the product.
That matters in a few concrete ways. Support requests don’t bounce through three levels of reseller escalation before reaching an engineer. Custom requests — a specific cabinet finish, branded firmware, a non-standard screen aspect ratio — go directly to the production team. Warranty claims are handled in-house, not outsourced to a third party.
We offer site surveys for corporate clients in Dubai and across the UAE. Someone actually comes to your office, measures the rooms, checks ambient light, looks at mounting surfaces, and tells you what will work — not what looks good in a brochure. That saves the kind of expensive surprises that happen when a screen shows up and doesn’t fit the wall.
Being a single supplier for LED, LCD, and interactive displays means your procurement team deals with one contract, one payment process, and one after-sales relationship. For multi-floor or multi-site deployments, that simplification adds up fast.
We don’t publish fake case studies with made-up client names. What we do have is a track record of delivering working displays to corporate buyers across the Gulf region, and a team in Dubai that handles everything from pre-sales consulting through installation support.
