LED Display Modules

WEFONE offers LED modules in indoor, outdoor, and rental specifications, covering pixel pitches from P1.25 for fine-pitch indoor displays up to P5 and beyond for outdoor screens. Because modules are usually matched to an existing screen's cabinet size, driver IC, and receiving card, we recommend that you provide your current screen model or a photo of the module (front and back) when requesting a quote—this lets us confirm compatibility before you order. We also supply complete modules for WEFONE's own screen ranges, so existing WEFONE customers can order direct replacements with guaranteed fit.

Choosing the Right Power Supply

LED modules are powered at low DC voltage (typically 3.8V to 5V), so each screen needs a power supply that converts mains AC to the correct DC level. Three factors determine the right supply: total power (add up the wattage of all modules in the screen), output voltage (must match the module's rated voltage), and input voltage (200-240VAC for most regions; the A-400AK also accepts 90-132VAC for 110V markets). As a rule of thumb, select a supply rated at least 30% above your calculated load to allow headroom and extend service life. The LDK-200-X series is a good fit for small indoor panels and single cabinets; the A-300AB and A-400AK series suit larger screens and outdoor cabinets where fan-forced cooling is available.

When to Order Modules or Power Supplies

Three common scenarios lead customers to order modules or power supplies separately. Replacement: a damaged module or failed power supply on an existing screen—provide the screen model or a photo and we will match the specification. Upgrade: increasing the resolution or brightness of an existing screen—we can supply higher-pitch or higher-brightness modules that fit the current cabinet. How do I identify the replacement module or power supply I need?

For a module, photograph the front (showing the pixel layout) and the back (showing the driver IC model and PCB number), measure the module dimensions in millimeters, and note the pixel pitch if visible. For a power supply, read the label on the side of the unit—it lists the output voltage (e.g. 5V), the wattage (e.g. 200W), and the input range. Send these details plus a photo through WhatsApp or email and we will confirm the correct replacement within 24 hours.

What is the minimum order quantity for modules or power supplies?

We accept single-unit orders for replacement modules and power supplies, though single-unit pricing is higher than bulk because packaging and shipping costs are fixed. For screens under maintenance, we recommend ordering at least one spare module and one spare power supply per screen so a future failure does not cause downtime. For new installations or large upgrades, volume pricing applies—contact us with your screen count and we will provide a tiered quote.
