Frequently Asked Questions

What is the NovaStar H9 Video Wall Splicer used for?

The NovaStar H9 Video Wall Splicer is a video wall splicer — the frame that manages multiple inputs and outputs across a large multi-screen wall. Specifications for this model are listed in the table above; if you tell us your wall size, pixel pitch and source types, we will confirm whether it is the right unit for your chain before you order.

Is the NovaStar H9 Video Wall Splicer in stock in Dubai?

We keep Novastar control equipment in stock in Dubai for projects across the UAE. Lead time depends on the exact model and quantity — Stock is held in Dubai, standard delivery is 7-15 days, every unit carries a 2-year warranty, and we return a written quotation within 48 hours of receiving your requirements.

Can you supply spares and replacements for existing screens?

Yes. Most of our controller and card orders are replacements and spares for walls already installed in the UAE. Send us the model on the existing unit and a photo of the label, and we will match it or propose the current equivalent.

Do you support installation and commissioning?

Yes — we supply, configure and commission the control chain, and we support sites across all seven emirates plus Al Ain (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain). On-site commissioning is quoted with the equipment.

How do I get a price for the NovaStar H9 Video Wall Splicer?

Controller and accessory pricing is quoted per project, because the right specification depends on your wall size, pixel pitch, source types and cable distances. Send those details and we will return a written quotation within 48 hours.
